Job Summary:

Ready, Set, Notarize! is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Loan Signing Agent Instructor to lead training courses for individuals looking to become certified Loan Signing Agents in California. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in loan document signings and a passion for educating others on how to successfully launch and grow their own loan signing careers.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and guide students through the loan signing process, including real estate closing documents, borrower responsibilities, and notarial procedures

• Provide instruction on industry best practices, professionalism, and compliance with California notary and loan signing regulations

• Lead both beginner and advanced loan signing agent workshops

• Offer real-world insights, tips, and success strategies for working with signing services, escrow officers, and title companies

• Engage and support students with clear, confident, and high-energy instruction

• Keep training content current with industry and legal changes

• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students build confidence

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Loan Signing Agent (preferred experience with various loan types: refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, etc.)

• Must hold an active California Notary Public Commission

• Must have completed a recognized Loan Signing Agent training or certification

• Strong knowledge of loan document packages and proper notarization practices

• Prior teaching, mentoring, or public speaking experience is a plus

• Energetic, professional, and passionate about helping others succeed

• Must be able to teach weekday and/or weekend classes

• Reliable, punctual, and organized
